Orange County Competition — Day 2 🔨 Day 2 kicked Orange County Competition — Day 2 🔨 Day 2 kicked off with qualification matches at our Orange County competition, where we battled through the rankings and secured a spot as Alliance Captain 6 with Team 3408 (cyberCubs) and Team 2658, @frcteam2658 . It was an honor to compete alongside such amazing teams, and we’re proud to have advanced to the SoCal District Championship. Huge congratulations to our Mission Hills High Sch Huge congratulations to our Mission Hills High School Iron Kodiaks, FRC Team 5137! This past weekend at the Orange County District FIRST Robotics Competition, we earned the Excellence in Engineering Award, sponsored by Littelfuse!  This award honors the team at competition whose robot design brings every component together seamlessly. The judges praised Iron Kodiaks for a design process built on clear priorities, testing, strong mechanical and software iteration, and a commitment to growing the next generation of STEM in our community.  This is a huge honor for our team and school! Day 2 Los Angeles Competition 🐻 On day 2 at the Lo Day 2 Los Angeles Competition 🐻 On day 2 at the Los Angeles District Competition, Iron Kodiaks were first pick selection of the Alliance 5 Captain, FRC Team 4, Element, where we were also alongside team Team 3759 SMARTBOTS - ending in the 3rd round of playoffs - all thanks to the diligence of our student engineers and amazing team. Day 1 LA District Competition: ✨ On day 1 at the L Day 1 LA District Competition: ✨ On day 1 at the Los Angeles District Competition, Iron Kodiaks were able to go up the ranking through teamwork in our alliances in the qualifications matches. This was our first ever time competing with our 2026 REBUILT bot (Undanskuffad Av Morgan) and we are grateful for the many teams we competed alongside.
